Hello Klams! 

We are all looking forward to our first home swim meet tonight! Here are a few reminders: 

• Warm-ups are at 5:00, Meet starts at 6:00
  
• Don't forget to bring your soda/tea/water contribution to the pool ASAP
• Last names A-C please bring baked goods tonight
• Last names D-G please bring fruit tonight 
• Klam Buddies begin tonight! Remember this is a great way for you to meet new families. Please cheer with your child for his/her Klam buddy- this is a great learning experience for our seasoned swimmers and a fun experience for our new ones! The treat should be something small- a Gatorade, bag of chips, small pool toy etc. . . . Have your swimmer make their buddy a card- just something small and fun!  The new connections are much more valuable!

For our new families- the meet will run much like time trials. 8 and unders will start at the far end of the pool and will need to go to that area before their events. Please be sure your child is ready to go- remember early is always better:) 9 and over will begin at the short end. Please have your swimmer ask if they are uncertain about their lane or heat assignments. We do not want anyone to miss their events. 

We will have meet concessions tonight! Hamburgers, hotdogs, Chick-Fil-A chicken sandwiches, fruit, pasta salad (Thank you Summers Henderson and Stacey Fields!), snow cones, baked goods etc! There is tons of food for your swimmers and non-swimmers!
