The newly refurbished Kingswood Clubhouse is a perfect setting for your baby or wedding shower or birthday party! 

• To rent ONLY the clubhouse, the fee is $150 for 3 hours for pool members and requires a $50 security deposit. The security deposit will be returned/count towards your fee after the party. 
• Non pool members must be "sponsored" by a KW member to rent the clubhouse and the fee is $200. 

*All rentals require a signed waiver and contract- please print out the forms below and bring with you to your event. 

After the party, you will need to clean-up the clubhouse by emptying the trash, sweeping the floor, and making sure the space is in the same condition as when you arrived. If not, your security deposit will not be returned. 

Pool Party Rental (winter and fall) Saturdays and Sundays Only from 2-9.

During the winter and fall you may rent the entire pool facility. We have a bubble over our 25 meter pool and the water is heated. You will have the entire pool to yourselves! The rental of the facility during the winter and fall is available to Kingswood members and non-Kingswood members who are sponsored by a member. The rental fees are as follows: 

• $300 for 3 hours for the pool rental for 25 swimmers and under. 
• Over 25 swimmers requires an additional lifeguard, raising the price to $350 for a 3 hour rental. 

Pool Members Only for a pool party: (summer hours)

During summer pool hours, you may bring guests for a party. The entire pool is not available to rent during the summer hours. Each guest is $5.00 (swimming and non-swimming guests). All guests must sign a waiver and payment is required at the start of the party.

To use the clubhouse during pool hours you must rent the clubhouse at the above rate. 

If you have over 20 swimmers at your pool party you must pay for an additional lifeguard at $15/hour. For every 20 swimmers over that threshold you need an additional lifeguard at an additional $15/hour. (40 swimmers requires 2 additional lifeguards at $30/hour)
