Hello Klams! (super important note:)

The Summer Awards or "Mini Meet" on Saturday, July 28 is our BIGGEST fundraiser of the year for the pool! We raise funds through the meet entries, concessions and t-shirts. It is extremely important that we are successful in hosting this meet! We host all teams in the VPSU league- around 500 swimmers. To be successful, we really need everyone's help. 

We will have a Parents Meeting for all volunteers on Wednesday, July 18 at 6:30 in the clubhouse.

The swimmers who are 12 years and younger will swim in the morning from 8:00-12:00 (depending on the number of entries). The older swimmers will swim in the afternoon- roughly 2:00-4:30. (Warm-ups will begin earlier for each session.)

The Meet Events Sign-up page has many shifts available during the morning and afternoon sessions. Please sign-up as much as you can- we have to have everyone's help to make this a success. If you are unable to attend, please consider donating food or beverages.
