Hello! If your child is participating in the Champs meet tomorrow here is some important information the hosting team asked us to provide: (Also, I am still looking for volunteers:)

1. We are sitting in the parking lot of the WISC. We are to have a designated area for the team. I suggest you bring chairs! We will have some tents but you may want to bring your own just in case. Parking will be limited, especially in the morning because they are hosting a road race. They will direct you where to park. 

2. Limited Entry- I am unsure how they will regulate this but there is limited seating in the WISC so I do not believe parents will be allowed to sit inside the entire meet. 

3. T-shirts- Julie Brenegan will have your shirts at the meet if you purchased them. They have a limited number to purchase at the meet.

4. Storms- if it storms they will continue the meet but clear the parking lot until the storm has passed and pause the meet until parents and swimmers can return.

5. Concessions- they will have Concessions provided by Sidelinerz. Here is the menu:
