Hey Klams! This is a super important email for our 2 awards meets with lots of deadlines! 

1. Summer Awards is this Saturday, July 27. If your child has not earned a champs time he or she can swim- this is a super fun meet with great ribbons! Be sure to let Coach Harold know today if you want your child to swim on Saturday. 
   1. The meet is at First Colony. 
   2. 10 and unders- the meet will begin at 8:30. Warm-ups will be earlier but have not been sent out yet. 
   3. 11 and up- the meet will begin at 1:30. Warm-ups will be earlier but have not been sent out yet. 
   4. They said they will have concessions and a swim items for sale. 
   5. If you would like to help at the meet, they have a link for volunteers. Here is the link: (This is not required but they could use help.) Summer Awards Volunteer Sign-up
2. VPSU Championship Meet is Saturday, August 3 at the WISC. 
   1. Champs t-shirts must be ordered by Saturday, July 27. (they will not take late orders.) 
   2. Link: VPSU Champs T-shirt Link Be sure to click on Kingswood and include your child's name for distribution. 
   3. If your child makes Champs on Saturday at the Awards meet and you would like a t-shirt be sure to order the shirt on Saturday! 
   4. In the past, the younger children have been in the afternoon and the older children in the morning. I will send another email with details when they become available.
