Hey Klams! Here are a few additional items for registration for the summer. 

1. Online registration will not be open until April. We have to wait for VPSU to finalize information. 

2. If you would like to take advantage of the early bird rates (old rate of $380, new rate is $400) please send a $380 check, payable to Kingswood Klams by March 1 to

3. The rates are increasing due to our continued budget shortfall. We are unable to sustain our pool costs with our current rates. Unfortunately, we have no choice but to raise the rates, something we have not done in a number of years. 

4. Swim team costs should not increase, unless VPSU raises their costs. You will need to pay for swim team when you register for summer swimming in April or May. 

5. We are hopeful adding the bubble (reference previous email) will bring in additional revenue to the pool- this will only help our budget and is not the cause of our rate increase. The bubble will NOT be over the pool from Memorial Day-Labor Day (possibly longer, weather depending). 

You will still be able to soak in the sun all summer long, just not in February:)
