Hello! 

We hope your family is healthy and happy. VPSU is hoping we can hold the swim season this summer. VPSU purchases insurance for each swimmer in the league. We have to secure the insurance by mid-June. Please complete the Google Form below to indicate if your family plans to participate in swim team ASAP. We really need everyone to complete this form if you plan to swim. 

This does not commit your family to joining the swim team- (if you respond yes, you can change your mind!) You will not be charged by responding yes! This is to give us an idea of how many swimmers we will have this summer.
