Hey Klams!

With the announcement yesterday, we had to change our structure for our Virtual Grand Finale meet. We are only allowed 50 people total on the pool deck/in the field. Please do NOT bring guests to the meet. Only Kingswood pool members should be at the swim meet. Thursday is the last day guests will be permitted at the pool. The meet is divided into 3 sessions. We will give the swimmers rest time in between events. 

1. If your swimmer's status has changed for Saturday's meet, please let Coach Harold know ASAP. 

2. We will divide the meet into 3 sessions as follows: (Times are very approximate, we may run early or late, best to be a few minutes early for warm-ups.) The ages are according to the age group your child swims in the meets. 

Session 1, meet start time is 8:30: 8 and under swimmers 

Session 2, meet start time is 10:00: 9-12 year old swimmers

Session 3, meet start time is 11:30 (approx): 13-18 year old swimmers 

3. Warm-ups: 

Session 1: 8:00

Session 2: 9:30 (approx)

Session 3: 11:00 (approx)

4. Volunteer: Please go back and sign-up on the website again as the structure has changed, click on Schedule and Virtual Grand Finale: https://kingswoodklams.swimtopia.com/. If your child is swimming, you probably will have to volunteer (especially Session 3). The sessions are not that long so the shift is the entire session. Thank you very much in advance! 

5. A HUGE thank you to the following officials and scorers who have worked every meet, every session and will have to work all 3 sessions on Saturday to run our meet:

6. Concessions will not have Chick-Fil-A on Saturday- we will have drinks and snacks for sale. Thank you for your support! 

7. Information regarding Relays will come from Coach Harold. They will probably be at the start of Session 3. 

8. Please remember to spread out at the meet and social distance.
