Hello Klams! 

Time Trials are tonight (6/17). Here is important information!

1. Arrive by 4:45 for warm-ups and general information. 

2. If you do not have a team cap, Harold will pass them out tonight. 

3. Time trials is a meet just against our own team. We will sit inside the fence for tonight's meet. 

4. Concessions will have Chick-Fil-A sandwiches and other goodies for sale. 

5. Klam Buddy assignments will be passed out tonight. Please help your child meet his/her buddy and get to know them a bit. If your child has a food allergy, be sure you give that information to the parent. Also, encourage your child to cheer for his/her buddy! Some buddies are paired with swimmers their own age and others are older swimmers with younger swimmers. This was done by the number of swimmers available in each age group. 

6. We will run a clerk of course tonight for heat and lane assignments. 

7. We are in need of many volunteers for tonight's meet and the other meets this season. Please remember we rely on volunteers to help run our meets and each family should volunteer at least 3 times during the summer. We always welcome people volunteering more! Our stroke and turn officials and scorers work the entire meet, nearly every meet! Please sign-up to help.
