Hello Klams!

Monday, June 21 we have our first meet against First Colony at Kingswood. Here is important meet information!

1. Warm-ups: Please arrive by 4:30 to get your swimmer set-up for warm-ups. We will start with the 8 and under swimmers for warm-ups.

2. Clerk of course: You may look at SwimTopia for your swimmer's events but the heat and lane will be finalized in clerk of course. Please remember only swimmers are permitted in the clerk of course. If you have a very young swimmer, we promise to take good care of them! But we can only have swimmers and clerk of course workers in the area or we run the risk of the other team canceling the meet. 

3. Klam Buddies: Be sure you bring your klam buddy treat! 

4. Concessions: We will have a concession stand again with Chick-Fil A and goodies! 

5. Play area: Please do not allow your swimmer to play on the playground during the meet. 

6. Covid protocols: If you are not vaccinated, we strongly suggest you wear a mask. Bathrooms are open and if you are not vaccinated you must wear a mask inside the building. Swimmers do not need to wear a mask. 

7. We will have a home team and an away team seating area. Please follow the signs. 

8. Champs Times: Champs Times Here are the Champs Times. Your swimmer must swim in 3 meets to qualify for champs. They are allowing the summer awards meet to court towards that total of 3 meets. Champs are Saturday, July 31 at the WISC. 

9. Volunteers: Please make sure you are signed-up for at least 3 total shifts this summer. I had to move some people around and we are in need of a couple of volunteers for tomorrow night. Thank you for your help!
