Hello Klams! 

Monday we will swim AT Ford's Colony- the Westbury Pool. The meet starts at 6:00.

1. Westbury Pool: 230 Westbury Hills, Williamsburg, VA 23188 **Please note, Ford's Colony has 2 pools- be sure you go to the Westbury Pool at that address.**

2. Warm-ups: We will warm-up at 5:30, the meet starts at 6:00. Please arrive by 5:15 at the latest so you are ready to warm-up on time. 

3. Volunteers: They have an 8 lane pool so we have to provide 24 total timers- we need a lot more help with ribbons, timing, and sweep judges. Please sign-up to help at the meet. (Click on the meet in swimtopia or on the website and click on job sign-up.) 

4. Concessions: Custom Culinary Connections will provide the food, here are a few items from the menu. Cash or check only- no cards. 

• Hot dog $3.00, Chick sandwich $6.00
• Hamburger $4.50, add cheese $.50
• Turkey Burger: $6.00 
• Pulled Pork BBQ with cole slaw: $7.00
• Vegan BBQ sandwich: $7.00 
• Wraps (chicken, grilled, mango, crispy) $7.00 
• Fruit $3.00
• Drinks: $1.00 

5. Polar Snow will sell ice treats!

6. Jolyn will sell swim suits at the meet.

7. Klam Buddies: We are not officially trading gifts at the meet but still cheer on your buddy! 

8. What to bring? Tents, chairs, swim stuff, bug spray! Everyone is allowed to sit on deck but still be prepared in case its sunny.
