Hello! Two quick additions to my email from yesterday (see below in case you missed it). 

1. The Clerk of Course will be at our end of the pool and we will walk the swimmers to the starting end of the pool. They want to keep the teams as separate as possible.

2. They are running parent relays after the meet if you are interested be sure to bring your suit and goggles! They are doing both free and medley! 

3. Don't forget to RSVP for the pizza party on Wednesday! You have to do this on the actual website, not the app.

Hello Klams!

Monday we will swim AT Queen's Lake. The meet will start at 6:00.

1. Address: 234 East Queen's Drive, 23185

2. Warm-ups: Please arrive by 5:00 for warm-ups.

3. Seating: They will have a designated area for our team to sit. Be sure you bring lots of bug spray!

4. Volunteers: We need more ribbon writers and more second half timers. Each family should volunteer for 4 sessions this summer.

5. Clerk of Course: They will run a clerk of course similar to our home meets. If possible, help our coaches and write your swimmer's events, heats, and lanes on their hands before you come to the meet. You can find this information on your SwimTopia app.

6. Pizza Party: Please make sure you go to the website (Not the app) and RSVP for our end of year pizza party on Wednesday, July 14 from 5-8 by clicking on the event under the "calendar" tab. I need to have an accurate count to order enough pizza for the party. We will have free pizza and ice pops for the swimmers! RSVP by Tuesday.

7. Klam Buddies: We will not exchange any treats at the meet but cheer on your buddy!

8. What should I bring? Tents, chairs, swim gear, and BUG spray!!

9. Concessions: They will have concessions at the swim meet!

10. Reminder: Please do not leave your children at swim practice unsupervised. If your child is waiting for his/her practice, they should have an adult supervising them at all times- an adult on deck, not a sibling in practice.
