Hello! The Summer Awards information is finally here! 

1. Summer Awards are at Queen's Lake. The Morning Session is all 8 and under swimmers. The Afternoon Session is all 9 and older swimmers. 

2. Warm-ups: 

• 8 and under session: Lanes 2-5 from 7:30-7:45 and the Meet starts at 8:15 
• 9 and older session: Lanes 2-5 from 11:30-11:45 and the Meet starts at 12:30

3. Timing: If your child is swimming you will have to time. We have to provide 9 timers per session. Please sign-up to help time. I divided the timing into 2 shifts per session. Please make sure you arrive at the correct time for your shift so the meet can move quickly. This is the only job we have to help with. Thank you! 

4. Teams will set up on the hill overlooking the pool next to the playground area. They said you may arrive on Friday night to set-up your tent and space. I would bring lots of bug spray, tents, chairs and swimming essentials! Parking will be in the large open field. They suggested carpooling when practical. 

5. They are running a clerk of course  by the block area. Parents will go to the bleachers to watch their swimmers and then are to return to the team area after their swimmer has competed. 

6. Restrooms will be available but showers will be closed. 

7. The smaller pool will be open for Queen's Lake members only. 

8. They will have concessions for breakfast food and lunch food. 

9. They are collection donations to the Williamsburg House of Mercy if you wish to donate any non-perishable food items.
