Thank you very much for a great year at Kingswood Pool. Below is information regarding our annual pool meeting and a fall pool membership.

The pool closes for our summer membership on Monday, September 6 at 6:00.

1.Annual Meeting: Monday, September 6 at 4:00 pm. We will hold our annual pool membership meeting. We need as many members as possible in attendance for a quorum. The meeting should last 20 minutes. Please come with questions. If you are interested in serving on the Kingswood Board, please let us know!

2.Fall Membership: We are thrilled to offer a fall membership this year. We will need a certain number of families to join to cover our costs for the lifeguards. Here is the information:

1. Days open: Saturdays and Sundays only.
2. Saturday, September 11- Saturday, December 17 (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years weekends)
3. Fee: $250 fee for families who joined either the summer of 2021, 2020, OR 2019
4. Non-member Fee: $300 fee for families who did not join the summer of 2021, 2020, OR 2019 (no initiation fee for a fall membership)
5. Hours: Saturdays from 2:00-9:00 pm and Sundays from 2:00-6:00 pm
6. We will have lap lane options and Aqua Zumba on Sundays.
7. Pool Parties: If you would like to have a pool party please contact Julie Brenegan at [email protected]. Please see the costs on our website at https://kingswoodklams.swimtopia.com/ It is much cheaper to have a pool party if you join for the fall membership.
8. We plan to offer a winter/spring membership if there is enough interest.
9. The pool will be heated and have a bubble in mid-October (Thank you WAC.)

**Sign-up information will be available Monday at the membership meeting, at the front desk, and on our website.

3. Swim Lessons: Coach Harold in conjunction with the Williamsburg Aquatic Club will be offering preschool/homeschool swim lessons on Mondays-Thursdays. The lessons will begin in mid-October and will be held in the morning and early afternoon.

4. WAC will be using the pool this year. WAC will provide a bubble and heating unit for the pool. The bubble will be put up in mid-October. Until then, the pool will be heated. WAC is covering all costs for our pool this winter. We will only pay for the lifeguards during Kingswood hours.
