Hey Klams!

Monday, June 20 is our first division meet against Greensprings. This is a big meet! We are both in Division 3. 

1. Greensprings meet Away: This does count towards our overall standings! This is a fun meet and it will get LOUD! 

2. Address: Greensprings West Clubhouse & Pool, Manor Gate Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23188

3. Start Time: Meet starts at 6:00. Please arrive NO later than 5:00 so the Coaches can get everyone ready for the meet. Coach Harold will let your swimmer know which events he/she is swimming at practice and will try to get everyone's events on their hands. He welcomes help! Bring your own Sharpie please. 

4. What to bring? Towel, swim suit, goggles, drinks, chairs, tent. Most importantly- bring all of your bug spray!!! We sit in the field outside the fence and I hear the bugs are particularly bad this year. 

5. Concessions: Hot dogs, burgers, pulled pork, tacos, pasta salad, chips, drinks, candy, ice cream, drinks. Bring cash and small denominations. 

6. Volunteers: I will email a reminder to all volunteers. Please be ready if you are a Session 2 volunteer so we can keep the meet moving quickly. I still need one ribbon person for the second session! 

7. Champs Times: The final meet of the season is the Championship meet at the WISC on July 30. To swim, your child must have earned a "champs time." Here is a link to the page with the "champs times." Champs Times Link (Its the second link on the top.)
