Hey Klams! 

Awesome WIN last night!! Here is very important information and 2 events we will very much need everyone's help- Pancake Breakfast and Summer Awards. 

1. Pancake Breakfast and Team Picture: Monday, July 18
   1. Please sign-up to bring items under the "Calendar" on the Website (if your child is attending the breakfast, we ask that you bring something):   KW Website
      1. Practice Schedule on Monday: 
         1. 12 and over: 8-8:45 (will help bring over bleachers for picture and Summer Awards) 
         2. 9:00 Team Picture
         3. 9-12 year old practice: 9:15-10:00
         4. 8 and under practice: 10-10:45 (normal) 
      2. Pancake Schedule on Monday: 
         1. 12 and overs and 8 and under: Eat right after the team picture at 9:00
         2. 9-12 year old swimmers will eat after their practice at 10:00. 
   2. Summer Awards! Saturday, July 23 at Kingswood. This is the largest fundraiser for our pool all year. This is the only time in the next 4 or 5 years we will host this meet. WE NEED EVERYONE'S HELP. 
   3. ***Please sign-up to help at Summer Awards- you can do this through the website or the app. If you are out of town and cannot attend the event, we are in need of sodas, fruit, and baked goods for the concession stand too! 
   4. If your child is swimming in the Summer Awards meet, you are expected to help- this is per the volunteer commitment. 
      
      1. We will set-up for the meet on Friday night starting around 6:00. 
      2. 10 and younger will swim in the morning (warm-ups at 7:30)
      3. 11 and older will swim in the afternoon (warm-ups at 12:00)

Notes: 

• The Pizza party will NOT be after the KM meet on Monday- we will schedule for another day in the evening- day TBD. 
• A cell phone was lost last Tuesday after the swim meet. It is a black phone with a black case. Please let me know if you find one- the owner would LOVE to have her phone back!
