Hey Klams!

This is a big week- we will have two swim meets this week! Super Fun! 

Please read this email carefully for the information on swim meets and KLAM GEAR! 

Monday, June 19- Away Meet against Ford's Colony at Westbury Pool at 6:00

• Main Gate Address: 100 John Pott- left side of gate, tell security you are here for the swim meet. 
• Pool Address: 230 Westbury Hills, 23188. Parking attendants will guide you to park in the grassy field. 
• Arrive at 5:00-5:15 for set-up. Warm-ups at 5:30. 
• Concessions: Custom Culinary Connections (cash/check only) and Polar Snow (cash/credit) 
• Seating: lots of shaded seating, bring chairs but tents are not necessary (bring bug spray!) 
• Volunteers: I will give you a sticker with your assignment at the meet on Monday. I have also sent an email to all volunteers. Please let me know ASAP if you are not available on Monday. 
• Extras: 
  • This is our first division meet! 
  • Coach Harold will tell your swimmer their events at practice Monday morning. 
  • Klam Buddies- we do NOT have Klam buddy gifts for away meets but be sure you cheer on your buddy! 
  • If you are not able to attend Monday's meet be sure you have emailed Coach Harold ASAP. 

Wednesday, June 21- Home (friendship) Meet against Kingsmill at 6:00

**We are making-up Friday's meet! W-burg Community was unable to make-up the meet. We would like to give our swimmers another opportunity to swim in a meet. Kingsmill is in a similar situation and is going to swim us on Wednesday, 6/21 at HOME as a friendship meet. We will swim KM later this season in a division meet. This will be great meet practice for our swimmers. 

• Swimming! If your child is not able to attend on 6/21 please email Coach Harold asap. 
• Volunteer Assignments: Will remain the same as the initial meet on 6/16. If you are unable to attend the new meet on 6/21 please email Laura at Laura ASAP. 
• Everything meet wise will remain the same as last Friday!
• Concessions- delicious burgers, hotdogs etc (cash/check only) 
• Klam Buddies- we will do Klam buddies on Wednesday 6/19.
