Hey Klams!

This is a big week- we will have two swim meets this week! Super Fun!

Please read this email carefully for the information on swim meets! 

Monday, June 26- Away Meet against Queen's Lake at 6:00

• Pool Address: 234 E Queens Drive, Williamsburg 23185. Park in the field prior to the driveway to the pool
• Arrive at 5:00-5:15 for set-up. Warm-ups at 5:30.
• Concessions: Standard Concessions Food (cash/credit)
• Seating: Chairs, Tents, and BRING LOTS OF BUG SPRAY!!!!!! 
• Volunteers: I will give you a sticker with your assignment at the meet on Monday. I have also sent an email to all volunteers. Please let me know ASAP if you are not available on Monday.
• Extras:
  • This is a division meet!
  • Coach Harold will tell your swimmer their events at practice Monday morning.
  • Klam Buddies- we do NOT have Klam buddy gifts for away meets but be sure you cheer on your buddy! 
  • They award ribbons based on overall place and then participation ribbons. Be sure you pick-up your ribbons in the ribbon boxes at practice. 

Wednesday, June 28- Home (friendship) Meet against Kingsmill at 6:00 (third times a charm:)  

• Swimming! If your child is not able to attend on 6/28 please email Coach Harold asap.
• Volunteer Assignments: Will remain the same as the initial meet on 6/16. If you are unable to attend the new meet on 6/28 please email Laura at Laura ASAP.
• Concessions- delicious burgers, hotdogs etc (cash/check only)
• Klam Buddies- we will do Klam buddies on Wednesday 6/28. If you are not swimming and are able to bring you Klam Buddy gift to the pool, please place it on the ribbon table in the clubhouse clearly labeled with your Klam buddy's name and we will pass them out on Wednesday at the meet. Alternatively, you could bring it to the meet Monday for your buddy!
