Hello! I hope you are having a wonderful week! Monday is our Division 1 Dual Meet against the Wellington Waves! This is a "new" team to Division 1 for us to swim and their first time hosting a Division 1 Team. Here are the details: 

1. Address: 3927 Bournemouth Bend, Williamsburg, VA 23188 
2. Parking: Parking is available within the clubhouse lot, as well as along Bournemouth Bend. Be mindful of their neighbors driveways and mailboxes along Bournemouth Bend and plan to arrive with time to park. *Please note, parking will be VERY TIGHT in the parking lot and along Bournemouth Bend so they ask that you carpool if at all possible. 
3. Warm-Up Time: 5:30 (arrive earlier!)
   We can set up our personal tents/chairs on the deck area located on the opposing (right) side of the pool deck. Please look for “away team” signs for directions. They will also have available space for tents and chairs outside of the pool deck which will be coned off. They have a clubhouse for scoring/concessions/bathrooms. 
4. Concessions: Burgers, Hot Dogs, Chips, Drinks, Baked Goods, and Sides will be available. They will also have an Ice Cream Truck on site. Items available for purchase via Cash/Venmo 
5. Can't come? Be sure you email Coach Harold at [email protected]
6. Klam Buddies: We do not bring gifts for our Klam buddies for the away meets, but be sure you cheer on your buddy and all of the Klams!
7. Ribbons: It is unclear how they award ribbons at this point:) We will find out Monday! 
8. Volunteer Spot: We need one second shift timer please. If your child is in the butterfly this would be most helpful. Thank you! 

The pool is 6 lanes with lots of deck space. They have about 10 more swimmers than we do so I would anticipate it lasting around the same time as the Kingsmill meet. Please remember, with storms we do have to "show-up" to the meet and then they will make a decision when we are all there. They will try to delay until the weather passes if at all possible.
