Hello! 

Here is end of season information for you! 

• Pool Hours: All hours remain the same, EXCEPT Monday, August 25- Thursday, August 28 the pool hours are 11:00-6:00. 
• Monday, September 1- final day for the pool and pool closes at 6:00 pm. 
  • Monday, September 1 at 1:00 we will have our required General Information Membership Meeting. We need a quorum to be in adherence of our bylaws so please consider attending!  At this meeting, we will discuss the following information: 
    • Pool Improvements and your Concerns
    • Officer Elections- in the coming year, we will have a number of board members whose children will "age out" of swim team. We are looking for families willing to serve on our board in the coming years and serve this year to learn about the inner workings of Kingswood. Please consider serving on the board as an "at large" member this year in preparation for the coming years. Please let Laura Broderick know if you are interested.
    • Position Elections- we also are looking for someone to be in charge of Kingswood Concessions. This entails creation of menus, purchasing of food, restocking, and collection/depositing of money. You do have to purchase the food and Kingswood will reimburse you. The food has been purchased at Sam's Club due to the pricing- the pool will provide the membership. Please let Laura Broderick know if you are interested in this position and you do not need to serve on the KW board to do this. 
• Concessions: We have candy left from the swim meets for sale in bulk. These will be available for purchase this Friday and Labor Day. Any unused funds on your tab will be considered a donation to Kingswood Pool. Thank you! 

**We missed many of our families at the banquet! Please be sure you pick-up your trophy, blue times sheets, and certificates! Also, check your ribbon bins for ribbons!
