Hello!

Monday is our first Home meet against the Queens Lake Eagles. We have a few changes to the structure of our home meets this summer so please read the following email:) **All events will start from the 5 foot end of the pool. Clerk of course is by the Diving Boards next to the fence. Timers will move from one end to the other.

**Can't come on Monday? Please email Coach Harold at [email protected] by FRIDAY.

1. When: Monday, June 22- meet starts at 6:00
2. Where: Kingswood Pool
3. Warm-ups: 4:30/45 (for the youngest swimmers)
4. Arrive: 4:30 (find a seat, get settled, and ready to swim)
5. Seating: Far side of pool, next to clubhouse
6. Parking: Outside in grass field, on Spring Road and on West Kingswood Drive. Please do not park in the Marywood Playground area. 
7. Clerk of Course: **New this year! Clerk of Course will be near the Diving Boards next to the fence as all events will start from the 5 Foot area. Swimmers will report here before their events. Please help wrangle your child to the clerk of course before the events so they do not miss their swim.
8. Concessions: Venmo and cash- we will run a full concession stand! 
9. Klam Buddies: We will exchange Klam Buddy treats for this meet! Please let me know if you have any questions! 
10. Ribbons:  We are awarding overall place 1-6. We are awarding participation ribbons for 12 and younger swimmers. 
11. Volunteers: Thank you for volunteering! I will have a sticker with your assignment, please try to find me at the meet for your sticker. 
12. Can't come? Please let Coach Harold know by Friday!
13. Timing System- we are using a Time Drops timing system this summer. This will streamline the scoring process and make the times more accurate. Your child's official time will populate in SwimTopia as usual. We hope to eventually purchase an outdoor TV to act as a scoreboard as well.
