Hello!

Monday is our last Home meet against Kingsmill. I will send an email Monday am with the heat sheet. A general safety reminder- please remind your children about parking lot safety- there are a lot of cars and a lot of small children and we want everyone to be safe!

1. When: Monday, July 6-- meet starts at 6:00- We will honor 3 seniors- Bri Sullivan, Logan Robertson, Maya Janssen! Congratulations! 
2. Where: Kingswood Pool
3. Warm-ups: 4:30/45 (for the youngest swimmers)
4. Arrive: 4:30 (find a seat, get settled, and ready to swim)
5. Seating: Far side of pool, next to clubhouse. (Please avoid the area behind the starter, and minimize the area along the fence for our timers to move- there is plenty of room on the pool deck.)
6. Parking: Outside in grass field, on Spring Road and on West Kingswood Drive. Please do not park in the Marywood Playground area.
7. Concessions: Venmo and cash- we will run a full concession stand!
8. Klam Buddies: This is our last Klam buddy treat exchange! 
9. Volunteers: Thank you for volunteering! I will have a sticker with your assignment only for timers.
10. Timing System- we are using a Time Drops timing system and it is making the meets move fast! Be sure you help your child to the clerk of course. Our clerk of course volunteers are unable to find your child as they are quite busy! 

Additional Reminders: 

1. July 4- see you at the party with concessions from 11-1:30 and games at 1:00! 

2. Summer Awards- please sign-up to volunteer! We need a lot of help! (see 7/1 email)
